Come help SJMA spruce up the Nature Center before our summer season. There are variety of tasks ranging from light duty to heavy duty. Join us for thistle weeding, native plant garden layout and planning, interpretive trail setup, or trail maintenance, Volunteer shifts are available for AM or PM shifts. Want to stay all day? Sign up for 2 shifts.
Please wear long pants, long sleeves, boots, eye protection (sunglasses or regular glasses are fine so long as the lenses aren't glass), and gloves. Safety glasses and gloves are available to borrow upon request. We also recommend sunscreen, plenty of water or other hydrating beverage (there is no potable water on site), snacks, and lunch. Light refreshments will be available.
