EDUCATION: Field Trips
Please come give us a hand with our fall field trips, mainly at the Durango Nature Center (Other locations are noted in the shift information). Our team of educators facilitates a number of nature based field trips for different schools in the area. The curriculum is set and chosen based on available help. Volunteers will be required to lead at least one topic for the field trip, if not all.If you'd like to carpool with the education team, meet at the Public Lands Center (15 Burnett Ct, Durango, CO, 81301). The programming generally runs from 9:30-1, so you can expect to be at the Public Lands Center by 8:45 and back around 1:30pm or so.
