EDUCATION: Volunteer Naturalist Trainings

Looking to up your nature knowledge? Join us for this free training and learn more about sharing wild winter with others. The focus will be on watersheds in winter and surviving and thriving in winter. This knowledge will prepare you to volunteer for future SJMA events and programs. We'd love your help in the future with interpretive walks, school programs, and/or our trail ambassador programs.

MEET AT THE SJMA OFFICE, 15 Burnett Ct. in Durango, for a short classroom session. Then we will vanpool to the Haviland/Chris Park trail system for the remainder of the training. We'll meet from 9am to 2pm.
